It is an innovative method to address health related problems developed in Tamil nadu. Under this system, three of the trained counsellors of MACT have been properly trained by the institute of Public health, Government of Tamil nadu. After the completion of the training, the counsellors were posted at CEMONC centre (Government Hospital) at Tirutani in Tiruvallur District. These trained counselors will help the patients to avail health care service facilities available at the above CEMONC centre.
