India is basically an agricultural country. Even today, our main occupation is agriculture, we have many modern methods of cultivation; Day by Day lot of inventions are taking place in this field; Mechanization is growing fast, but fertility of the land “gets only a small portion of attention, majority of the farmers are not aware of Vermi Compost and organic farming methods and controlling pests and weeds.
MAC Trust has taken up this task and training the village farmers on how to prepare natural manure with low cost by using earthworm, cow dung etc. This method improves the land fertility, healthy produces (without adding more chemical fertilizers) and to have good harvest. Our role is to educate the farmers and the general public to aware of environmental threats and the ill-effects caused by chemicals and other hazardous elements.
